Assistant Accounting Officer

Responsibilities

  • Perform documents checking for vendor invoices and customer billings processing
  • Supervise subordinates on daily A/R and AP accounting works
  • Prepare monthly accrual and account schedule for monthly end closing
  • Handle ad hoc duties as assigned 

Requirements

  • F.7 or above with relevant qualification in accounting
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in accounting field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Processing
  • Knowledge of Accpac/Sage 300 is preferable
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate Available is preferred

Accounting Clerk / Senior Accounting Clerk

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily accounting works including processing of vendor invoices/ payment  and  customer receipts
  • Assist in account reconciliation and schedule preparation for month end closing
  • Provide routine support to the department
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments

Requirements

  • F.5 or above with LCC immediate with at least 3 years of working experience
  • Well organized, willing to learn and able to meet deadlines

Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Design of ICT/ELV systems to be applied for road transport & infrastructure
  • Provision of system design, implementation, test and commissioning for ICT&ELV systems 
  • Preparation of technical submissions, reports, manuals and training materials to clients & end-users
  • To be working with a multi-disciplinary project team being led by professional engineers

Requirements

  • High Diploma or Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree in Computer/ Electrical/ Electronic /BS Engineering
  • Above 5 years relevant work experience in design and implementation of ICT/ Telecommunications/ ELV/ related systems
  • Knowledge in AutoCAD, Programming(e.g. C/C++, PLC, VBA, etc.)
  • Experience in CCTV Surveillance System, Traffic Control& Surveillance system (TCSS) & Central Control System is preferred
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Driver License (Class1&2) is preferable

Maintenance Leader

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Maintenance Team Head in Leader performing his/her duties
  • Propose the Maintenance Team Head any new technology or solutions in streamlining the provision of the Toll Collection Services
  • Conduct twenty-four hours monitoring of the functionality of Free Flow Tolling System ("FFTS") every day
  • Provide preliminary diagnosis and arrange appropriate remedy to minimize service disruptions
  • Advise on the design and implementation of the custom and commercial-off-the-shelf software, provision of physical infrastructure to support FFTS tolling service and interface to other inter-provider clearing operations
  • Assist on establishment of a technical and business interface with a third party provider of back office services that will provide all customer relation management services and enforcement operations
  • Organize support, troubleshooting, and repair for IT equipment and networks
  • Monitor online security for users and networks and take appropriate steps to address security breaches if necessary
  • Assist on establishment of detailed documentation for various systems

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Operation and Customer Service Team Head in manage the daily operation of the department
  • Supervise the team to handle the transaction validation process; and to handle the problematic cases that escalated by team members
  • Ensure timely handling of all the cases, including the problematic / dispute cases within the established timeframe
  • To ensure the services provided in transaction handling are according to procedures and make suggestion for any improvement in daily process
  • Prepare the monthly report to the Operation and Customer Service Team Head regarding the operation of the department & those required to submit to the Government Department
  • Shift duty is required
