Please note that Autotoll has terminated the Autotoll ETC and VGoPAY services and ceased operation of the Autotoll ETC and VGoPAY related websites and mobile applications on 16 March 2026.
Customers with remaining balances in their accounts are reminded to click here to apply for a refund online. No action is required if you do not have a remaining balance, your account has been automatically closed on 16 March 2026. If you hold both Autotoll ETC and VGoPAY accounts, cancellation should be arranged separately for each account.
