完成戶口取消後，戶口餘額將會退回至直接付款授權書登記的銀行戶口；

取消快易通戶口之條款及細則
Autotoll Account Cancellation Terms and Conditions

1. 戶口餘額退款
一般網上申請將於14 個工作天透過銀行轉帳或「轉數快」轉帳退回餘額，而涉及爭議、需額外資料，或以紙本、電郵或傳真提交的申請則需要30 個工作天退回餘額。

2. 提交後的處理流程
提交取消快易通戶口申請後，閣下將收到一個參考編號，發送至閣下提供的電郵地址。閣下可以使用此參考編號和您提供的聯絡電話號碼，在我們的網站上查詢取消快易通戶口的狀態。

1. Refund of Account Balance
The remaining balance will be disbursed via bank transfer or Faster Payment Services within 14 working days for general online applications and within 30 working days for applications with disputes, or which need further information from you, or for application submitted either on paper form, by email, or by fax.

2. Post-Submission Process
Upon submitting your cancellation of Autotoll account request, a reference number will be sent to the email address you provided. You can track the status of your Autotoll account cancellation on our website using this reference number and the contact phone number you provided.
