With an effective Autotoll tag on your car, you are now able to enjoy the convenience of 12 Tunnels and Strategic Routes, with a total of 52 Autotoll lanes.

The following table explains the light signals of the traffic light by the Autotoll Lane. You are advised to note the following traffic light signals when passing through Autotoll Lanes:

Account Top-up

For Autopay from your bank account or Autotoll Credit Card, whenever the balance of your Autotoll account falls below one third of the required Prepaid Amount (as indicated in the "Autopay Activation Level" column below), the full Prepaid Amount will be automatically credited to your Autotoll account from your Autopay or Autotoll Credit Card account. If you top up by PPS, cash or cheque, please add value to your Autotoll account once its balance falls below the Activation Level. Please refer to the following table for the Prepaid Amount corresponding to different types of vehicles.

Payment Methods for Autotoll Account Top-up

Autopay:
To apply for direct debit from your designated bank account, please obtain the Direct Debit Authorization Form through our Customer Service Hotline at 2627 8888 or click here.

Payment by Phone Service (PPS):
Dial 18011 for bill registration (our merchant code is "9198") and 18031 for bill payment. You can also register and pay your bill through the internet at PPS website.
The payment will be processed the next working day if you call before 7:00pm from Mondays to Saturdays.

Autotoll Credit Card:
For application, please call Dah Sing Credit Card Customer Service Hotline at 2828 8168 or download the form from Dah Sing Bank website.

Bank Bill Payment Service (BBP) Through On-line Banking:
Payment service of Autotoll Prepaid Amount is available in some of the banks' websites. Please approach your bank for further details.

Through Circle K / VanGO Convenience Stores:
Please pay by cash at Circle K / VanGO Convenience Stores by presenting your monthly statement or e-statement. The maximum payment amount is HK$5,000 per transaction. Please retain the payment receipt for checking.  The payment will be processed the next working day if you pay before 5:00pm from Mondays to Saturdays.

Cash / Cheque (in person):
For payment at our Customer Service Centres in Kwun Tong and Cross Harbour Tunnel Administration Building , the payment can be processed on-the-spot during our office hours. For payment to our Affiliate Service Outlets at selected centres of Hong Kong School of Motoring and selected Wilson Parking counters, please allow at least 2 working days for processing. Cheque (by mail):
Please send your crossed cheque (payable to "Autotoll Limited") to our office at "11/F, Tower A, Billion Centre, 1 Wang Kwong Road, Kowloon Bay, Kowloon, Hong Kong". Please mark your account number, vehicle registration number at and account name at the back of the cheque.
