For new customer of Autotoll Electronic Toll Collection Services, they can register as an Autotoll Club member by ticking “Register as Autotoll Member” in the application form. Members’ identity and contact information will be verified through the online registration and activation. Once your membership is activated, you can enjoy fabulous year-round merchant offers, e-Shopping, e-Ticketing, member activities and various privileges.

1) For new customer: You will receive an Autotoll Club Membership Card after you have applied for Autotoll Electronic Toll Collection Service.

2) If you would like to use Autotoll - Unitoll Service, please call our Customer Service Hotline 2627 8888. Another type of Membership Card with the Unitoll function will be arranged to you.

1) The service is available for customers who meet the following requirements on payment:

   a) Use autopay (bank account or Autotoll Credit Card) for account top up; or
   b) If autopay is not used for account top up, pay an additional deposit of HK$1000 for each Autotoll - Unitoll Card

2) When the Autotoll Club Membership Card (Autotoll Card or Autotoll - Unitoll Card) is received, customer shall bring along the Card in person to activate the Unitoll Service and settle the required payment (if applicable) at our Kwun Tong Customer Service Centre during office hours; or pre-register the Service and settle the payment required (if applicable) through the Autotoll website / by fax, and bring along the Autotoll Club Membership Card in person to activate the Unitoll Service at our Kwun Tong Customer Service Centre during office hours. (If the Autotoll account is temporarily suspended due to negative account balance two days before service activation, Unitoll Service will be available two days after activation).

All of the transactions of Autotoll - Unitoll Card will be deducted from the Autotoll account and the prepayment will be directly debited from customer's specified bank. If no autopay is setup for the Autotoll account, customers have to top up by cash or cheque.

If the Guangdong Unitoll service was activated, customers have to bring the card to our Kwun Tong Customer Service Centre to terminate the service.

No, the China receipt only shows the lump sum of the total monthly consumption of the previous month.  For detailed toll transactions, please apply for the monthly statement or e-statement.

You can change their password by visiting the Autotoll website www.autotoll.com.hk or Unitoll website www.96533.com with their current password.

You can call our customer service hotline at 2627 8888 to reset the password as the first six digits of HKID/Business Registration number. You can change the password again as needed.

The online e-statement is open for all Autotoll customers free of charge.   Simple choose the online e-statement when applying Autotoll Service, you can check your e-statement online.
