User Guide for AutoPark


1. Entry - There is no need to stop at the entrance to get the parking ticket. The barrier will rise automatically to allow your entry by detecting your Autotoll tag information.

2. Exit - You do not need to go to the shroff office. Simply drive your car to the carpark exit, the barrier will rise automatically for your departure by detecting your Autotoll tag information.

 


3. Please note the sensor light signals when passing through the entry or exit gateway

Applicable to general carparks:

Please keep an appropriate distance from the vehicle in front and drive at a safe speed.

For registered AutoPark users, no parking ticket is needed. Please contact the carpark attendant if you need assistance on-site.

The "AutoPark" service is only applicable to private car customers with autopay top-up method and registration is also required. The maximum credit for each Autotoll tag is HK$500 per parking.

7.

In special cases if you want to remove the Autotoll tag from the windscreen temporarily, we have specially designed a "tag mount" for installation onto the windscreen to enable you to remove your Autotoll tag and mount it back onto the windscreen when needed. To get a "tag mount', please visit www.autotoll.com.hk or call our Customer Service Hotline at 2627 8888.

In special cases if you choose other payment methods for entry, you can simply take out the Autotoll tag and put it in the storage compartment of the car before entering the car-park and the parking fee will not be deducted from your Autotoll account. It is advised that the tag be wrapped by tinfoil or put inside a metal box. If you get the parking ticket, please immediately inform the car-park attendant on site.

The parking fee will be deducted from your Autotoll account and the parking transactions will be recorded in the Autotoll monthly statement.

10.

The Autotoll tag is assigned to a specified vehicle. Please update us for any change of your vehicle or vehicle number. If the vehicle has subscribed to monthly parking at the car-park, to avoid deduction of hourly parking fees, please also update the car-park staff of the changed vehicle number upon payment of monthly parking rental.

11.

The "AutoPark" service is only limited to Hourly Parking, Day Park, Night Park, Max Park and 24 Hours Park.
