Towing Service Offer Redemption Method

1.	Visit website or call 2627-8888 o register for the offer.

2.	"Towing Service Coupon" will be posted to you within 14 working days.

3.	Simply call 24- hour towing service hotline shown on the coupon when you are in need of towing service.

4.	To enjoy the offer, you are required to present both Towing Service Coupon and Autotoll-Unitoll Card to Luen Fat Towing Company before enjoying the towing service on the spot.

Terms and Conditions:
1.	The offer is valid from 1st Mar to 31st Dec 2007.
2.	The offer can only be used once and only applicable to the vehicle which has been registered for this offer.
3.	The offer is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash or be used in conjunctions with other promotional offers.
4.	Members must present this coupon together with their Autotoll-Unitoll Cards to enjoy the offer.
5.	When calling the towing service hotline, members shall provide their valid Autotoll Club members id number, vehicle number and state clearly about the car type and towing services requirement.
6.	Member may be required to pay the administration fee of HK$200 for cancellation of towing services after calling the "Towing Service Hotline".
7.	Additional HK$200 will be charged for the following towing services:
	- When towing services is requested to be provided in car parks, please state clearly about the height limit of the car park.
	- Towing services for "4 wheel Drive"
8.	If the situation mentioned by members varies from the actual situation or require an extra quotation, members may require to pay HK$200 for any incompleted towing services.
9.	The total charge for towing service excludes toll payment.
10.	In case a rainstorming black warning or typhoon signal No 8 or above is hoist, Luen Fat Towing Company reserves the right to provide limited service or with additional service charge.
11.	Autotoll Limited shall bare no responsibility or liability whatsoever in relation to the service offers and benefits provided by Luen Fat Towing Company.
12.	In case of any disputes, Autotoll Limited and Luen Fat Towing Company reserve the right of final decision which is binding on Autotoll Club members.
